General terms and conditions of sale
Rates
You will find all the rates for the current year on our website, in the ROOMS or RATES sections. If they are not already displayed, the rates for the following year are available on request from resa@welcomehotel.com or by simulating a booking on our online booking page.
Our prices include service charges (15%) and are calculated on the basis of VAT at 10 %. Tourist tax is an additional €2.95 per adult (over 18) per day.
Booking conditions
All reservation requests by email or telephone are dealt with within 24 hours by sending you a price quotation. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required.
A secure payment link is attached to every proposal.
All stays are considered confirmed once the deposit has been taken. This deposit will be deducted from the invoice for the stay booked.
Fully secure online payment is also available for all online bookings on our website: www.welcomehotel.com.
Special booking conditions may apply for promotional offers, long stays and groups.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation free of charge up to 03 nights before the confirmed date of arrival. After this period, the deposit will be retained. Any change to a confirmed reservation will be considered as a cancellation followed by a new reservation if accepted by our reservations department.
