- Breakfast per person per day: continental in bedroom or veranda buffet : 17 €
- Local Tax: 1 € per adult per day
- Garage on reservation only: 45 € per day
- 3rd person (superior rooms only): + 27 € for low season and + 45 € for medium and high season
-         2 rooms available for disabled persons in the confort and superior category
- (1) Special rate for single use in a confort room from Mondays to Thursdays (except bank holidays' eves)
- Dog: 17 € per day
Reductions for stays (on the room rate only):
Low season: 10% discount on a stay of 7 nights and more - 15 % discount on a stay of 14 nights and more
Medium and High season: 10 % discount from the 7th night and beyond - 15 % discount on the 14th night and beyond.
Special families (parents with children): between July 1st and August 31st, 15 % for two rooms, not valid with other discounts. No extra charge for children under 12 years, sharing parents room.
(Extra bed or extra baby cot available only for Superior room category and suites)
Family breakfast : 48 € for 2 adults and 2 children
Reservation policy:
Deposit : 1 night for a 1 night  stay, 2 nights for a stay between 2 and 9 nights stay and 50 % of the stay beyond. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the reserved stay.

Cancellation policy: If the cancellation is made with a pre-notice twice greater than the duration of the reserved stay, the deposit is refunded except 10 € of file expenses (minimum of 6 nights pre-notice), after the deposit is kept. Any alteration on the confirmed reservation is considered as a cancellation followed by a new reservation if agreed.
